Seat fronts

Have been in bed for the better part of the last 24 hours, fighting of my cold. Better today but still some way to go.

Trimmed the ends of the second plank.

Then it was time to fix the bad butt joint. Scraping, sanding, planing, glue and a piece of wood will make it all fine again.

After the glue has set I will need to scrape, sand and plane again

Then it was time to get going on the seat fronts. Making a template, cut out the piece, dry fit, plane, cut the ventilation holes, glue and relax.....
