Red paint

Primed the boom, yard, sprit and the other side of the seat and foot brace. I also put on the first coat of red paint on the oars.

    The painted oars look great, and frankly are better protected than varnish - I think I'll be doing the same this winter as mine are due a strip and refinish.

    Thanks! I am not a big fan of varnish so I will go for paint all over, even the masts. The tiller might be varnished....
