After a long Christmas vacation and a few days in bed with the flu I am now slowly starting the build again.
Today I continued to prepare frames for installation. We have a three day weekend starting tomorrow so I am hoping to get going properly again.
Frames generally arrive at the site well before the doors, both to avoid possible damage to the doors during storage and to minimize congestion from stored materials. The framing of a garage door is a relatively simple task for anyone with basic carpentry skills and a little help from some friends.
